If your hair extensions are the wrong colour, or if the length or thickness is not what you were expecting you can send your order back for a colour exchange, or a 105% store credit so you can reorder another set of hair extensions. Return shipping for exchanges or store credit is free. You can send your order back to us for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date minus the cost of shipping the order to you and a $15 handling fee. We don't provide a free return shipping label if you are sending your order back for a full refund.
